What methods of payment are accepted?
The Music, Movement & Memory workshop program accepts PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Membership plans auto-renew monthly, so be sure to make any changes before the end of your subscription cycle. You can cancel your paid membership any time.
Can I get free access to the program?
Yes! During certain times of the year, subscription levels may be open to a free trial period and/or a discounted price. All plans will always auto-renew at the advertised rate thereafter, so be sure to make any changes before the end of your free trial or discounted rate cycle.
What if I have physical limitations? Can I still participate?
ABSOLUTELY YES!
How do I cancel my membership?
Individual Membership Plan:

Log in to your PayPal account. -
Click Settings near the top of the page. -
Click Payments. -
Click Manage pre-approved payments. -
Click Cancel or Cancel automatic billing and follow the instructions.
How do I change my account information?
To change your password, email address, billing information or membership plan, log into your account on the website using your username and password.
In your Account, you can change:

email address
-
name
-
password
How can I reset my password?
If you are having difficulty logging in, simply click "forgot password" link and follow the directions.

If you can’t find the password reset email in your inbox, be sure to check all folders (i.e. your Spam Folder) for “Password Reset Instructions.”

Why do I have to sign in to the website every time?
Tell your Internet browser to remember you or save your login information so that you can click "Log In" the next time you visit and your email and password will already be filled in for you.
Tell your browser to keep the cookies from the website. Try checking your cookie permissions for the membership website. Also, cookie blockers can cause this log out each time too.
What can I do if my video playback is choppy or videos are buffering?
How do I gift an Individual Membership Subscription to someone else?
Currently, we are working on a Membership Gift Card option for our Individual Plan.
Until that is ironed out, if you are interested in purchasing a membership for someone other than yourself, please contact us at HERE and we will be delighted to help that make that happen for you and your lucky recipient!
Is this program covered by my medical insurance?
Although some medical insurance providers may cover prescribed forms of music therapies, this program is currently considered private pay and is not covered by insurance.
